Bluebird Care prides itself on being a professional, modern service delivering a wide range of care and support services in the community for people of all ages and with very diverse needs. Our trained staff are committed to delivering a quality service and very often with this support people are able to live more independent and healthier lives in their own surroundings among their family and friends.
Each person has different needs and the amount of care and support needed can and does vary. Because of this our services are very flexible and are designed around your unique requirements. We offer support visits, or right up to 24 hour care when a higher level of assistance is required. You are able to decide how often and for how long the calls are required to ensure your individual needs are met. We are also able to offer short term care, for example when family members are on holiday or following a hospital discharge after surgery when a period of convalescence is required.
When you have made your initial enquiry, our Care Manager Kim Butler (Dublin & SE Wicklow) will arrange a complimentary no obligation meeting with you and your family to discuss your care needs further.
This initial meeting is carried out in the home or hospital. Kim will advise and guide you on what level of care may be required to meet your needs and will also explain how we work, about our carers and the tasks and activities they should carry out.
Bluebird Care is an approved provider for the HSE in County Wicklow under the Home Care Package Scheme, this means that we meet a new uniform level of national standards as set by the HSE.
