Friendly Call Service

HomeLink offers a friendly call service. This can be on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly call, depending on your needs. We can call at a time that suits you best.

We also invite our members to events that we organise, these include coffee mornings and parties for our members to get out and socialise.

We also have information about other organisations, services and activities in your local are to get involved with, which may interest you.



In the event of there being no answer, we will also advise a contact person, and, if necessary, we will contact the emergency services.

Telephone Support Service:

  • The service operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Calls to members will not be made outside these times.
  • Our members will receive a telephone call, at a prearranged time during the day. This may occur on every day during the week, several times a week, once a week, or once a fortnight. This enables us to check on our members' well-being, and remind them of any upcoming appointments.
  • The call also informs and encourages our Members to participate in community activities and invite them to our social events.
  • The call will also act as a link to other service providers, such as social services, housing, and advice services.
